Stellar Crown

SV7 · Sept 2024

Terapagos takes centre stage in the set that introduced the Stellar Tera type — the rarest and most visually spectacular Terastal form. Stellar Crown is defined by deep jewel tones and cosmic energy.

Stellar Miracle (SV7) launched in Japan on 19 July 2024 as the set that formally introduced the Stellar Tera type — a mechanic added in the Pokémon Scarlet & Violet DLC. Terapagos, the legendary Pokémon at the heart of the Indigo Disk storyline, anchors the set's chase pool. The SAR treatment for Terapagos ex is one of the most technically complex holo constructions in the SV era — the crystalline Stellar Tera shell requires the SIR/SAR treatment to render correctly. Stellar Crown (EN) launched 13 September 2024 with an expanded roster that added 41 additional cards, including secondary SIRs for Briar and Dachsbun ex.

Terapagos ex SAR
Terapagos exSAR
JP 108/101·EN 170/142
Illustrated byRyota Murayama

Ryota Murayama's Terapagos ex SAR is the definitive card of the Stellar Crown era. Depicted in its Stellar Form — the full-crystal body radiating every colour simultaneously — the composition places Terapagos at the centre of a void, light bending around it as though it is pulling the visual field inward. The SAR's holo layer is calibrated specifically for the crystalline design: the prismatic scatter responds to each facet of Terapagos's body differently. A technically impressive card that has maintained solid value across the SV7 cycle.

Hydrapple ex SIR
Hydrapple exSIR
JP 107/101·EN 167/142
Illustrated bySouichirou Gunjima

Souichirou Gunjima illustrates Hydrapple ex in a dew-covered orchard — the Grass-type Pokémon coiled around a gnarled apple tree, its dragon head visible through the glossy skin of an oversized apple. The composition uses the apple as a visual frame within a frame: Hydrapple's natural camouflage is the entire point, and Gunjima makes it both literal and beautiful. An underrated SIR in a set where Terapagos dominates attention.

Briar SIR
BriarSIR
JP 106/101·EN 171/142
Illustrated byMitsuki Satou

Briar — the Area Zero researcher whose obsession with Terapagos drives the Indigo Disk storyline — receives her SIR treatment here in SV7. Mitsuki Satou illustrates her mid-sprint through Area Zero, Pokédex raised, the crystalline formations of the Zero Lab catching the light behind her. The card captures the character's intensity without being stiff — Satou makes academic obsession look like joy. Trainer SIRs from SV7 carry moderate demand; Briar is supported by the narrative significance of her role.

Dachsbun ex SIR
Dachsbun exSIR
JP 129/101·EN 169/142
Illustrated byNarumi Sato

Narumi Sato takes Dachsbun ex into the bread-scented warmth it inhabits: a bakery setting, the Fairy-type dog Pokémon surrounded by fresh-baked rolls and golden light. The card is playful and approachable — a contrast to the cosmic Stellar energy of Terapagos. Dachsbun has a niche but dedicated following, and the SIR treatment gives it visual presence that the base card cannot match. Pricing still settling.

Stellar Miracle
SV7 · Jul 2024

Stellar Miracle (SV7) is a 101-card Japanese set. The JP SAR for Terapagos ex is considered the more intimate version of the two editions — the JP holo layer gives the crystalline shell a specific scatter pattern that the EN version replicates but does not perfectly match. The JP set has a tighter secret rare concentration than EN, with Terapagos ex SAR and Hydrapple ex SIR as the primary targets. Released in the Japanese summer, SV7 benefited from strong initial retail demand.

Stellar Crown
SV7 · Sept 2024

Stellar Crown (SV7) expanded the JP 101-card base to 142 EN cards, adding 41 cards including Briar SIR and Dachsbun ex SIR. EN release on 13 September 2024. EN card numbers diverge past 101. The EN expansion gave collectors access to the full Stellar Crown chase pool, including EN-exclusive secret rares in the 103/101–142/101 range. EN Terapagos ex SAR carries a modest premium over JP.
